This PG is surrounded by several amenities, and business park and situated in Residential area. You can find nearest railway station, bus stop, airport, restaurant, hotel and shopping mall and PVR. We provide three times meal including breakfast, lunch and dinner, on special occasion and festival provide special food and sweet.
We provide facilities like Bed with mattress, Individual almirah, Meals (In-house kitchen & cook), Digital TV in common area, 24 hours running water, Refrigerator, Geysers, Common Dining room, Cauvery Drinking Water, Washing Machine, Wi-Fi and water purifier. To ensure Hygiene & Cleanliness, we DO NOT provide Bed-Sheets, Comforters, Blankets & Pillows.
* Initial payment at the time of booking / arrival is one month advance rent + security deposit (refundable / adjustable ) equivalent to one month rent + one time charges towards documentation / agreement etc. One month advance notice is necessary for vacating the accommodation.
